Great Vacation!

We so enjoyed our stay, the beach was beautiful the pool was so nice and there was lots of interesting wildlife on the property as well that my daughter's really enjoyed looking at, like turtles and coastal birds. The condo provided many Beach accessories that were so nice to have, and the cabinets were stocked with spices and many extras that were very convenient to cook at home. It was also close to the adorable downtown where we went many days out to dinner and shopping. We will definitely be back! - (Jul 2021 - VRBO)

New to the island.

Condo was very clean and properly stocked with kitchen essentials. If I had to complain about anything it would be there is only one (1) television. I know we were at the beach and condo time is low on the list. But, with a wife and an 11 yr old, one (1) television was not good for the only male. Lol. Other than that great time. This property is exactly as advertised, pet friendly and pictures are very accurate. This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment located upstairs in a mid size complex about 2 blocks from the beach. The complex appears to be about 20-30 years old. The apartment is centrally located on Amelia, easy to get to Fernandina and a short 10-15 minute drive to the south end of Amelia. The unit was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The master bed was comfrtable and we had no noise issues. We brought our dog and enjoyed walking him around the ocmplex, lots of beautiful old trees, water features and vegetation. Easy 2 block walk to a beach access path. Working in Amelia Island
