Fabulous, roomy house with fenced in backyard just steps away from the beach! Close to Fort Clinch State Park, mini-golf, 1 restaurant (with many other delicious restaurants just a short drive from house), and plenty of walking options for dogs. Great, residential dog-friendly neighborhood. Very clean home with all essentials provided and more (games, 2 dog bowls, TV in all bedrooms).All 3 bedrooms have large closets with hangers & plenty of space to store suitcases, etc. The house has a large master bedroom & master bath on one end of the house with other 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bath on opposite end of house. The sunroom was enjoyable with windows open to let in the ocean breeze.Our 60 lb lab mix loved the elevated back deck and the yard (we did, too). The yard is mostly sand & rocks, which we were a lilttle concerned our dog may not like, but he didn't seem to mind. There are shrubs & bits of grass around most of the fence border, which provided enough sniffing fun for our fur baby; the covered area under the deck was a cool option for him & us when the deck got too hot.It was only my husband & I plus our dog in this house. Would be plenty of room for a larger family to spread out. Would definitely stay here again & hope we can! - (May 2023 - VRBO)

Very spacious, and wonderful location to the beach!

Our family enjoyed our time together, and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings with the sounds of the surf and stars above smiling down. We cooked grouper my son brought that he caught from his home at Madeira Beach. My daughter came from Savannah, they are both great cooks so we ate well. - (May 2023 - VRBO)

Great location on Amelia Island

This property was as pictured and described. Lee was very helpful and communicated well with me, check in/out went seamlessly. Location can't be beat, 1 block to beach. Providing our own sheets and towels or renting them was a bit of an inconvenience. I also had to purchase extra tp, facial tissues and soap for shower. Considering the price, I guess this was ok. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house was very clean. We loved the deck, but sorry it was too cold out to enjoy it. It was decorated nicely with updated furnishings. Perfect location in north end

Older home, nicely renovated and decorated to be a great vacation rental. Lots of space for sleeping and hanging out. Outdoor space is large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Kitchen has everything you can imagine. Checkin/checkout was super simple and communication was prompt and easy with property management. Cozy Beach Retreat

This beach house is in a great location. North beach is dog friendly and a nice community. The house is as advertised. Everything you need. We chose to bring our own linens since they are an extra charge. We only used the king bed but it was comfortable. Only negative was that there are way too many throw pillows. So much so that we had to find places to put them all. the back sun porch was a nice spot for morning coffee, as is the outdoor deck. This house is a GREAT place to stay.
