Welcome to our newly painted and decorated condo - we hope you like the beachy colors and decor!  Although our condo is cozy (800 sq ft), we know you will love the comfy overstuffed leather furniture, 2 comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms and a little patio to enjoy sunrise and your morning coffee - and cocktails in the evening.  We are happy to accept your well behaved pets - and they will enjoy the fenced area at the back of the condo (owners please be so kind as to pick up their litter).  As an extra bonus, this condo has a rooftop deck that has magnificent views of the ocean and surrounding area.
 
We have added fast access internet so you can stay in touch with family - or work - I hope not!!
 
Hopefully you are here to relax and enjoy the spectacular beach - never crowded, the historic downtown with great restaurants and shopping and all that the island has to offer.  Don't forget to make a trip to Cumberland Island and see the wild horses - this is a wonderful experience.  Jacksonville is just a short drive away, and don't forget that Mickey Mouse is just a three hour drive away - and the Kennedy Space Center is about the same - you might be lucky and enjoy a shuttle launch during your stay.
 
Stroll our beaches and look for shark's teeth -  or watch the dolphins as they splash and play in the surf - and see if you can find some of the turtle nests in the sand - but remember, they are protected.  Amelia Island is truly the place to kick back and relax - and we hope you will have a very memorable vacation in our condo.  If there is anything we can do to make your vacation more enjoyable we hope you will let us know.
