This place is right on the beach! Lovely Beach Balcony View

Directly on the beach..comfortable for 3 adults.short drive to restaurants, shopping..Ft Clinch very interesting with live period guides.excellent restaurant less than a mile south with live music, excellent food/beverages, friendly servers.we usually stay at St Augustine for this annual get-together, but Fernandina Beach less crowded.plan to book at Coral Sands again next year! - (Dec 2022)

Pet Friendly with Ocean View All the Time

We felt very relaxed and at home at 203. The Views are Fantastic. The home is well stocked and clean. Easy access to beach and close to shops and eating yet not in the middle of Commercial businesses. Sunrises on the beach

It was a great location, close to historical downtown and other parks and recreations. Beautiful sunrises every morning from the beach or the balcony of the condo. The condo was lovely, a little smaller than I thought from the pictures but comfortable. I had to clean the sliding doors because I could not see out of them but outside of that it was mostly nice. Beachside convenience

Being on the second floor of the condo unit was great!! High enough for a wonderful ocean/beach side view. A/C worked great and the inside was quite comfortable all the time. Ceiling fans also did a great job of circulating air. Really well decorated and equipped with all the necessary kitchen items. The two tv's were great, also. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was also a plus. There is a cart to use to carry luggage, etc, into the elevator to the unit. Beats using the stairs to carry all your luggage up! There are 18 units in the building and there are no assigned parking for guests. It is first come, first served basis. Since there are 2 bedrooms in each unit, it's possible to have 2 cars per unit arriving. That means you must pull them together in one spot. However, only 11 spots allow one to do that. We were there in September- I imagine high summer could be tricky. We had no problem, but my daughter rented another unit at the same time-we had to share a spot as no others were available for her. So 2 units shared one spot. Other than the minor parking issue, it is a perfect spot to stay at the beach. - (Sep 2022 - VRBO)

Best ever view!

The apartment was very nice. The property manager responded immediately when the air conditioner died. He came & arranged for a new air conditioner to be installed next day, first thing in the morning. Amazing! the view is the best you can get unless you sleep on the sandy beach! Coral Sands

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that we ran into. The coffee pot stopped working the second day we arrived. The washer/dryer is so loud we felt it was disturbing to other tenants around us. The toilet flusher valve kept jamming. The king bed is not very comfortable / has a large divet in the center. Found A Bit of Heaven

This unit is so close to the beach you can sit on the porch and feel like you are on the beach. We are returning same time next year. Oh that's the title of an Alan Alda movie. Can't wait to get back. The unit is perfect for 2-4. Were just 2 and think that's best.. Lee was excellent and took extra good care of us. Such a great week at this beautiful updated condo. Our second time at Coral Sands but first time in this unit and hopefully it won't be our last. Wonderful Stay

This condo was perfect for my husband, our westie and myself for a week trip to Amelia Island. The living room and master bed were very comfortable. We did not use the 2nd bedroom. We had plenty of dishes and supplies in the kitchen. I would recommend replacing the coffee machine as it took a very long time to brew coffee, perhaps due to scaling, but that is a minor thing. The refund was returned promptly, within days, with no action required on our part which was much appreciated. We hope to return soon. - (Feb 2020 - VRBO)
