Family Vacay 2022

We loved our time on Amelia Island. The house served our large family well. We loved the kitchen and large open space on the third floor. Having so many bathrooms helped also. We had an issue with one of the rollaway beds but it was taken care of quickly after we called. The stairs were tough on several of our family members. Beautiful beach house that was family friendly

My family stayed here for my Granddaughters 16th Birthday and this home did not disappoint! The kitchen amenities provided everything i could possible need to make my "grazing table, infusion bar, breakfast bar and desert bar". We loved all the sitting areas spread out where we could gather for individual discussions or as a group. Tvs and wi-fi worked very well thru out our stay. Everything is provided for beach use (bring beach towels!) we were amazed how we did not need to bring any beach items. The floors were easy to keep clean from sand as no carpet! The home is very pet friendly providing a pet closet with pet toys and pet essentials.. The home decor is very tasteful, unique and of very good quality. Hammond Family Reunion

Due to Covid we hadn't seen family for almost 2 years! Our children flew in from as far a way as, Colorado and PA. Even though it rained some, we still enjoyed spending time and reconnecting with our children and grandchildren. Everything is there that you need. 3215 Eventide was great - right across from the beach with a view of the ocean. We'll furnished, spacious and beautiful common areas. Tons of options for beds. Mother Daughter Getaway

Wow! We loved, loved, loved our stay in this luxurious townhouse! Our overall experience was even better than the pictures and description implied! There was plenty of room for all of to have our own space and privacy as well as large spaces for gathering and sharing a meal, a game, puzzle or hanging out. Given the current situation with the pandemic, we had decided to cook all of our meals in and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking -- it was very well stocked! Speaking of the pandemic -- I do have to say that I was VERY IMPRESSED with how clean the home was on our arrival...the place was spotless! That really made me feel good given all the things going on the world right now. It was nice to arrive to a safe, clean and welcoming home for a much needed break from our shelter in place experience we've been living in since March!
