Beautiful Property

Rented this little gem along with theee other properties including the unit next door for our golf group. Townhouse was exactly as advertised and communication by property manager Lee Steger was excellent. Location was a bonus. This place is a must rent. Beautiful Accommodations!

Fantastic home, 3 stories, with an elevator which aided our 79 and 76 year old family members. Kitchen superb! Open floor plan, dining room table, kitchen and living room amazing you can see every guest on the 3rd floor within sight. Then around corner you have another living room. Spacious place for extended family

Nine of us stayed for six nights over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Place was clean and well-appointed. Lee the property manager is great to deal with. Kitchen large - plenty of dishes and bakeware/cookware. Good gathering place on top floor (where kitchen/family room is located.) Location is very good - front faces Fletcher - view of ocean between buildings. Ocean access a half block away. Town is only 5 min or so to the north and golf courses/Ritz about 5 min south. Next door neighbors are friendly as well. We always enjoy Amelia Island and if we need a big place next time, we will definitely try and book this place! - (Dec 2022)

Stunning property

We were in Amelia Island for my daughters wedding. We shared this place with the grooms parents and siblings, as well as the bride and groom. It was a great space that accommodated our families very well. All the bedrooms and bathrooms allowed privacy. We enjoyed making meals together in the large kitchen. The house was very nicely decorated and offered comfortable accommodations. The master suite was amazing! We didn't want to leave! Both families were very satisfied with this property. Our trip to Fernandina Beach was absolutely amazing. The property was just as we expected it to be, based on the pictures that we saw. Everyone in our party was able to have their own space. Absolutely lovely

This home fit us perfectly. Multiple members of the family were able to gather in the large living area, cook in the beautiful kitchen, have our own comfortable rooms and be minutes from the beach. Rented for wedding in area

Came to Amelia Island for my nephew's wedding & needed a big enough place to house the mother of groom/spouse, brother of groom/spouse, grandparents of groom/spouse, uncle, and two cousins. Having an elevator for the elderly grandparents was delightful. Great room and kitchen on 3rd floor was perfect for gathering at breakfast/dinner. Perfect Week at the Beach

This is our second year staying at this beautiful property. This luxury townhome has a beautiful well-equipped kitchen that is a cooks dream. There is also two separate living room that was perfect for a large family gatherings. The kids were in one area the adults in the other. It also has very comfortable beds and wonderful bathrooms the beach views are beautiful and it's a short walk to put your toes in the water. It really is just directly across the street. I would highly recommend the property. This is the first time I've worked with Lee, but he was a pleasure to do business with this year. Fabulous Fernandina Beach Vacation

We really hit the jackpot with this property! We had plenty of space and privacy for our extended family of 11.
