This attractive and spacious condo is perfect for a family vacation!  It is located in the Fernandina Cay complex which has only twelve condos in the complex. The location sets this complex apart from others!  There are two popular restaurants/bars located just steps away.  Plus, a minature golf course, playground, skateboarding park, and lots of people watching!  It is mere minutes to the entrance of Fort Clinch State Park, Egan's Creek Greenway, three parks, and a short drive (1.6 miles) or bike ride to the historic downtown.
 
The condo has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
 
The beautiful kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary items to prepare your meals. Also, there is a large breakfast bar complete with chairs for extra dining.
 
The dining area has a large table that seats six and is perfect for family gatherings.  
 
In the living area, there are comfortable sofas (one is a queen sleeper sofa) and a large smart TV. A great area to enjoy an evening movie!  
 
Open the doors to the balcony for an even better ocean view and feel the wonderful ocean breezes!  Sit out on the terrace and enjoy the spectacular morning sunrises or have an evening cocktail while you enjoy the island life!

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a garden tub with vanities on either side of the tub, and a walk-in shower.  As an added bonus, there is an access to the balcony for convenience.  The master suite is set apart from the other two bedrooms for added privacy.
 
The second bedroom has a full bed and twin bed.  The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and walk-in shower.
 
The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV.
 
There is a third bathroom in the hallway with vanity and walk-in shower.  As you can see, there are plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms to keep a large family happy!
 
This condo has the added advantage of being very private and secure as it offers garage parking with elevator access opening directly into the foyer of this unit.  
 
There is one designated parking space in the gated and secure garage, plus additional parking outside in front of the building.  Also, in the garage is a locked storage area where the owner has four bikes and helmets available for your use!  Riding downtown for shopping, dining, ice cream, or piece of fudge is totally doable!
 
Beach chairs are also provided and stored in the hallway closet of the condo.
 
For those who prefer to relax by the pool (unheated), we have that too!  Behind the condo there is a small, private pool area with gated access.  After a day on the beach, come and stretch out by the pool and enjoy a cool swim!
 
You will find that no matter how long you stay, it won't be long enough!  There is so much to do here on our island, and we know you will fall in love with the island and this wonderful condo!
