The perfect family vacation spot

We had such a wonderful trip. The owner, Lee, was great with communication leading up to our vacation and was quickly responsive over text when we had a question. 
 
Right on the beach, with a stunning view. The sunrise view with coffee each morning was like something out of a magazine!

Family Vacation

The property had all we needed for a week stay for our family of six. Great location! Just a short drive to the historic downtown and other activities we had planed around the island. Amelia By The Sea Vacation

This is the second time I've stayed in this unit and the third time at Amelia By The Sea. This particular unit has everything that we need. It is on the 7th floor of the building which provides for an excellent view. The unit itself is spacious and has most kitchen items that you would need if you like to cook while on vacation except for a large boiling pot if you to cook a seafood boil and a heavy-duty spatula for the complex grills. The only issue I had with the unit is that the third bedroom with the twin beds tends to be a little warmer than the other rooms due to the sun, so be sure to close the blinds as soon as possible to keep the sun out. The only wish I have for this unit is for it to have a keyless entry system like other units I stayed in within the complex. My family loves the beach access for ABTS as it has no stairs and makes the use of beach wagons easy and it also has a shower that you can rinse off with before coming back into the complex area. The pool is nice but tends to stay rather warm, but it serves its purpose. There are two large charcoal grills on the complex that are maintained decently that I have always used without any issue. My family enjoys the complex and this particular unit and will definitely be back if we come to Amelia Island again next summer.The Premier team was always prompt in communication and took care of any issues that came up. Great location, Million Dollar View

This condo is very spacious and has the feel of being on a cruise ship since, from the living room, all you see is ocean. My husband , daughter, her husband, and son, stayed for the week for my father's 90th birthday celebration. The beds were very comfortable and the condo provided a nice retreat from all of the parties, reunions with other family, and finally the skydiving event that my father embarked on, including all of his grandchildren ! My only suggestions are: there were no beach towels. Some of the beach chairs were very rusty and unusable. We needed a cookie sheet and couldn't find one. My other suggestion is the bath towels need to be replaced. We couldn't run a load of sheets since there wasn't any detergent. Other than those minor things, everything else was wonderful. We love that each bedroom had a ceiling fan and a TV. The WiFi works well, which was important since my son and son-In-law had to work from home a couple of days. The balcony was spacious and comfortable. The pool looked great, although we never used it. If you are into fishing, there is a large, private, pier down below. The Surf across the street was very convenient for breakfast and happy hour. All in all a wonderful week. We would definitely stay at this condo again. - (Dec 2019 - VRBO)

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving Stay

Family of four and grandmother stayed over Thanksgiving. Very enjoyable, all components rated Five Stars. Everything clean and in working order. Look forward to additional furniture in family room and updates to bathrooms in the future. Were able to easily cook Thanksgiving dinner, great kitchen and appliances. Can't beat ocean front location, balcony very roomy with high top table, chairs, and adirondack chairs. Property has very unique aspect: Private pier for condo guests and owners only.
