This is just the perfect spot for your vacation!  As soon as you enter you are aware of the light and bright decor and feeling of spaciousness.  The beautiful cathedral ceiling and large windows in the living area offer breathtaking views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean!
 
This gorgeous home has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.  Linens and towels are not provided.  Please inquire if you would like to rent from us.
 
As you enter the house there are two bedrooms on this first level.  One is set up as a den and has a queen sleeper.  The other bedroom has a king bed. There is a large Jack and Jill bathroom between the bedrooms with a vanity and walk-in shower.  In addition, there is another full bathroom across the hallway with a tub/shower combination.
 
The large, well equipped kitchen is so attractive and well laid out for easy meal preparations.  There are granite countertops and a large center island with seating which is the perfect spot for watching the cooks prepare the meals!  Also, there is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
 
The open floor plan allows everyone to join in on the fun and conversation!  There is such a warm feeling throughout this home.  In the beautifully decorated living room, there is a real working fireplace for those cool evenings!  The dining area is perfect for those family dinners with a large glass dining table that seats eight. There is also a flatscreen TV with DVD player.
 
French doors lead from the living room to the large outside deck with chaises, table and chairs.  The deck provides ultimate comfort to enjoy the stunning views! Just a few steps lead down to access the walkway to the beach. This walkway is shared with the adjacent house.  
 
The second level of the home has a lovely sitting area at the top of the stairs with a desk, plus a wonderful ocean view!  This sitting area has an oversized sleeper chair that converts to a bed just in case you need that extra space for company!
 
There are two king bedrooms on this level.  There is also an additional large bathroom with tub/shower combination. The stairs, all bedrooms, and den are carpeted.
 
In the house there are internal stairs which lead down to the ground level.  Here you will find a covered area where you can store bikes, fishing gear, etc. The BBQ grill is also stored here.  Additionally, there is another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is so convenient to be able to shower before heading upstairs.  And for fishing enthusiasts, the owner has even installed a large utility sink in this bathroom to clean your daily catch!  This house truly has it all!  
 
The location of the home is perfect with no public parking on the beach anywhere in the vicinity, so the beach is never crowded. And, no need to watch for vehicles while you are relaxing on the beach.
