Location is key!  This lovely beach cottage was recently completely remodeled, and they thought of everything to make this your perfect beach getaway!
 
This two story home has Wifi, stacked washer/dryer on the upper level, washer/dryer on the lower level, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are not provided.  Please inquire if you would like to rent from us.
 
Upstairs consists of a large living area, kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom.  Plus, one of the largest and most comfortable decks you will ever find!
 
The kitchen is brand new!  The granite counter tops and cabinets are so attractive.  There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing your meals while you enjoy the beautiful beach views!  The breakfast bar comfortably seats four.
 
The adjacent dining area has a trestle style dining table with seating for six. Gaze out the windows to watch the waves rolling in!
 
The living area is light and bright!  It has a large comfortable sofa and two additional chairs, so there's plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch a movie on the large smart TV.  
 
There are three brightly appointed bedrooms on the upper, main level.  
 
The master bedroom is ocean front and has a king bed. It also has a flat screen TV mounted on a wall bracket. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the closet of this bedroom.
 
The second and third bedrooms are located on the west side of the house.  The second bedroom has a Queen bed.  The third bedroom has twin beds.
 
There is one bathroom on this upper, main level. This attractive bathroom has an oversized sink at the vanity and a tub/shower combination.
 
As beautiful as the beach view is from inside the house, the best is yet to come!  There are sliding glass patio doors leading out to a wonderfully large deck that wraps around the front and south end of the house. There are sofas and chaises on the deck so you can sit while you watch the children play in the sand building sand castles!  You will have the most awesome, unobstructed ocean views!  Stairs lead from the deck to the sand and a few steps takes you along the path, through the dunes, to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.  This is the perfect part of the beach to be on!  There is no vehicular traffic or long walk-over to get to the beach.  You are basically right on the beach!
 
There is no internal stairway between the two levels.  To access the lower, ground level you will need to go outside and take the stairs to the lower level.
 
On the completely remodeled lower, ground level, you will find a second kitchen, small sitting area, two bedrooms, beach chairs, gas grill, and room to store your beach items.
 
The kitchen is fully remodeled and equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave oven. There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker.  Please note there is no dishwasher on this level.
 
There is also a small sitting area with a sectional sofa and a table that seats four.  Plus, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV.
 
The first bedroom has two full beds, and the second bedroom has one full and one twin bed.  There is a full bathroom with a glass enclosed walk-in shower.
 
On this ground level, you will also find a gas grill for cooking burgers and hot dogs.  Plus, beach chairs are provided to use on the beautiful beach.  Also, there is plenty of room to store your fishing gear, boogie boards, etc.
 
There is ample parking on the large, paved driveway in front of the house.
 
I know that you will fall in love with Amelia Island!  And, I can promise you that you will fall in love with this lovely beach cottage too!  This is the perfect vacation spot!
