The ground-level home has two rental options depending on the number of guests in the party.
 
OPTION ONE: Sleeps 8-10 with: 1 king, 2 queens, sofa bed, and 1 bunk/sleeps 3. There are four full bathrooms.
 
OPTION TWO: Five bedrooms with 5 full bathrooms, sleeps 8-12. Rental price changes, contact owner. Central heat and air, laundry room with washer and dryer, updated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Pots/pans/dishes/silverware all stocked.  Please inquire for the 5 Bedroom rates.  
 
Home Ammenities: Cable TV, DVD,and VCR. 65' screen TV in living room, flat screen TV in every bedroom. High speed Internet access available with option of wireless, local phone service available. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom.
 
The house is only minutes from historic downtown Amelia Island.  Visit our unique shops and oceanside restaurants!  It's here for the asking: golf, shopping, hiking, swimming, biking, sunset walking and so much more.
