Q: Do you provide sheets and towels for your guests?

A: It depends on the Property. Please be sure to check under the Property Description. Properties that do not come stocked will be noted accordingly. Beach towels are not provided.

Q: How much does it cost to rent linens and towels?

A: It is $12 per bed for linens and $10 per person for a set of towels. A set of towels consist of: 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Wash Cloth, and 1 Beach Towel.

Q: What household supplies are provided in my rental?

A: Each rental is prestocked with a “Starter Kit”. You will have a limited supply of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Dish washing Detergent, Dish Washing Soap and Trash Bags to get you started.

Q: Is there a washer and dryer in the home?

A: Yes, all of our homes have a washer and dryer. Detergent is not provided.

Q: What can we expect to find in the kitchen?

A: All of our homes come with all major appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All kitchens have most small appliances such as toasters and coffee makers, cooking utensils, plates, flatware, glasses, and cups; items that you would expect to find in most homes.

Q: When and how will my security deposit be refunded?

A: We will refund your security deposit within 14 days of departure. The security deposit will be refunded back to the same account used for payment.

Q: How do we get our keys?

A: Once we’ve collected the final payment, we will email your Check In/Out Instructions with a code for either the lockbox on the house or the code for the keyless entry.

Q: What if I left a personal item behind in one of your units?

A: Generally speaking, we are not responsible for any items left behind in our homes. However, if you contact us, we will make an effort to find the item left behind and mail it to you. The cost to return items is $25, plus the actual shipping and packaging charges. Unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after 14 days.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will receive 0% refund.
