Perfect Vacation Rental
Property stayed at: Spacious, Ocean View House, Steps Away to the Beach!

Family of 9 thoroughly enjoyed this charmingly restored mid-century cottage. Lots of room for all to have quiet space and/or family together time, especially around the big dining room table and great room. Enjoyed many morning coffees and evening cocktails on the deck watching the surfers and dolphin. Ease of getting to and from the beach was great, uncrowded beach all week with perfect weather. Lots of dishes, cookware, spices and 3 refrigerators!! We took all our own linens and towels, appreciated the extra beach chairs, sand toys, surf boards, outside shower, hose and grill. Biking to Fort Clinch from the house was safe and fun for all of us (remember to bring masks for the fort entry!) We would definitely rent this property again.

Property stayed at: Beautiful, spacious home with great pool area and family friendly

This house was absolutely perfect. It had everything you could even think that you might need for a perfect week at the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms were perfectly stocked. The kids loved the game room and it had lots of pool toys and beach gear. The outside pool area was perfect and had tons of room. We did a lot of cooking at home due to Covid and had the rest of our family over for dinner most nights who were staying at a different rental. The house was perfectly decorated, cozy and so clean and up to date. The beds were so comfortable, even the downstairs couch bed! There was plenty of room in this house so our 3 families had enough space not to be on top of one another. The location was a little too far for us to walk with young children, and there was some concerns with new rules regarding driving on the beach. However out of town guests are still allowed to drive on the beach on the main access at Sadler road and the south access. This house was perfect and we will definitely rent our next vacation home through premier!

Good Stay
Property stayed at: Cheerful Condo with Pool, Tennis Courts, and Playground!

Very easy rental process. Unit was just a presented in the ad. Seven minute walk to the beach, nice pool and the grounds were well maintained. We liked the fact that we could bring our dog as well. He is a member of the family and it is not the same if he is not with us. A good thing about Amelia Island is that you can bring your dog on the beach.

Family Vacation
Property stayed at: Attractive, Spacious Townhome with Elevator, Just Across the Street from the Beach!

The condo is wonderful - especially loved the kitchen and elevator was a plus. Lots of room for everyone. Lee was great at taking care of a few small problems. Walk to the beach is just a short distance. Grocery close. Parking close.

Last Minute Vacation
Property stayed at: Charming Beach House with Covered Porch to Relax and Enjoy the Ocean Views!

We found this house for a last minute vacation. It's a perfect location on Fernandina with quiet, beautiful beach and easy access to the state park and all Of the restaurants and shopping.. The house has a ton of character and the charm you'd expect from an old fashioned Florida beach cabin. Everything we needed for a comfortable vacation was included and the owners were prompt and helpful.

Beach fun and relaxation
Property stayed at: Newly Remodeled Duplex, Just Steps Away to the Sand!

This beach house has beautiful beach decor and the view is stunning; having 2 balcony’s looking out at the beach and ocean. Very short walk to the ocean, which is a big plus. The cost was not cheap with the added cleaning and service fees, but well worth it to us. We opted to bring all of our own linens and towels which worked out fine. We also brought our own blankets and pillows but didn’t need to. There are 4 beach chairs, but we brought our own as well. We finally walked down to the rocks on the left and wished we had done it before our last day. There were lots of tide pools with lots of ocean life and you need time to explore there. It’s about an hour and half walk there and back. We brought our own kayaks and launched them at Kayak Amelia and had a blast. I saw the sunrise every morning and so happy I did. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful views, great kitchen
Property stayed at: Photo Cheerful Condo with Amazing Deck and Stunning Views!

My husband and I and our 16-year old daughter really enjoyed this pretty condo with our small dog Sasha. It is one condo out of four in the building, which gives it your "own house" kind of feel. The patio is big and gorgeous, and we were able to sit out there and have dinner in the evenings, when it got cooler. (It's too hot to sit out there in the summer during the day, except maybe early in the morning.) The view of the ocean is fantastic, and it is a short walk to the beach, which is never crowded. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked every night. There is no table for eating inside, but there is a counter with stools, and if it is cool enough, you can eat on the table outside. The condo is very pretty and decorated with fun paintings and furniture. We watched tv in the evenings and used the internet for a couple of work meetings, which worked well. We had a great time!

Amelia By The Sea Vacation
Property stayed at: Attractive, Newly Remodeled Condo with Pool, Tennis Courts, Fishing Pier, and Views for Miles!

This is the second time I've stayed in this unit and the third time at Amelia By The Sea. This particular unit has everything that we need. It is on the 7th floor of the building which provides for an excellent view. The unit itself is spacious and has most kitchen items that you would need if you like to cook while on vacation except for a large boiling pot if you to cook a seafood boil and a heavy-duty spatula for the complex grills. The only issue I had with the unit is that the third bedroom with the twin beds tends to be a little warmer than the other rooms due to the sun, so be sure to close the blinds as soon as possible to keep the sun out. The only wish I have for this unit is for it to have a keyless entry system like other units I stayed in within the complex. My family loves the beach access for ABTS as it has no stairs and makes the use of beach wagons easy and it also has a shower that you can rinse off with before coming back into the complex area. The pool is nice but tends to stay rather warm, but it serves its purpose. There are two large charcoal grills on the complex that are maintained decently that I have always used without any issue. My family enjoys the complex and this particular unit and will definitely be back if we come to Amelia Island again next summer.

The Premier team was always prompt in communication and took care of any issues that came up. Thank you for a great week and I look forward to returning in the future.

Great deck only the beginning
Property stayed at: Completely Remodeled Beach Cottage Right on the Beach! Perfect Location!

The house exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach, clean and the deck is wonderful. We spent hours every evening on the spacious deck. Lots of dishes, glasses, silverware, spices. Plenty of easy parking. (we had 4 vehicles). Outdoor shower was very helpful as were the hoses the deck and patio.
